Allie and Collin are fun-loving and head over heels in love with one another. One thing that was evident the entire time I edited their wedding was the way they looked smitten with each other. It made my heart swell with joy. Their wedding day was a reflection of that big love they have for one another.
Allie had converse sneakers monogrammed with her new last name and all the bridesmaids had matching converse with their monograms embroidered. She incorporated her mom’s love for navy and Collin’s love for maroon (gig’em) all throughout. Her bouquet had charms both in memory of her beloved mom and papa. Allie also kept a bow brooch that belonged to her mom nearby. Her mom was most definitely there in spirit and no doubt smiling at the joy of her daughter marrying the one she loves.
Allie had a first look with her Mimi and then with her brother and dad. Both were sweet memories I’m sure they’ll treasure forever. Collin’s mom pinned his boutonniere on him and you could tell he was the apple of her eye. She is so proud of her son and so happy for the wife he has chosen.
Allie walked her beautiful self down the aisle to meet her handsome groom who was grinning ear to ear. Judge Parrish married them and they walked back down the aisle arm-in-arm ready to conquer the world together.
The bride and groom had a candy bar at the reception, and it was hosted by their pets which I found adorable. They had customized bags to gather sweet treats in. After dinner, DJ Frazier played some fun music and the party got started. The couple and their guests had the best time dancing the night away. They exited to glow sticks waving through the air.
A word of thanks:
Allie + Collin, Thank you for the immense privilege of photographing your wedding day! It was a beautiful reminder of what love should look like. I’ll never forget the way Collin looked at you, Allie, the way he cared and tended to your every need. Y’all will do amazing things as Mr. & Mrs. Ross! Thanks again for the honor of being your photographer. Wishing you both all the best, Emilee
